Dermal Fillers.

Dermal fillers are popular treatments for wrinkles and facial lines. A dermal filler procedure helps to 'fill out' and smooth away troublesome:

• Nose to Mouth Grooves
• Forehead Lines
• Frown Furrows
• Lipstick Lines
• Acne Pits
• Crows Feet

Dermal fillers are also effective for increasing fullness to narrow lips, enhancing sunken cheeks and can even be used to contour the bridge of the nose.
The two main dermal fillers used are
Restylane® and Juvederm® ULTRA

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

The standard anti-wrinkle treatment is Botox®

Botox® treatments are commonly used to treat areas in the upper part of the face, these treatments can combat both fine lines and also deep wrinkles
.
Botox® has been used as a Cosmetic Treatment since the late 1980's, revolutionising the cosmetic industry due to their remarkable results combined with very few risks and no recovery time. Wrinkle Relaxing injections have been used to treat millions of patients worldwide and is the world's most popular Non-Surgical treatment.

Facial Peels

Facial peels improve skin texture for the softer and smoother complexion of younger, healthier looking skin.
Skin can become clogged with dead skin cells, making it look dull and lifeless. Facial peels are a deep form of exfoliation to remove the dead skin and improve skin tone and texture.

Dermaplaning

This procedure involves very gently removing the fine fair vellus facial hair (fuzz), and also the dead skin cells in the outer skin using a scalpel blade. It is not painful and leaves the skin smooth and very refreshed allowing any treatments to work better and make up to sit more smoothly on the skin.

(As only vellus hair is removed, re-growth does NOT appear stubbly).

This treatment is very popular in America and has been used very successfully there for decades. We, in Scotland, have only recently caught on to this very effective and painless method of refreshing the outer facial skin and offering this treatment.

Excessive Sweating

Excess sweating is a common problem that can be solved easily, leaving you with dry, soft skin regardless of the heat.
The treatment consists of injecting wrinkle reduction material into the skin, which enters the sweat glands. This blocks the nerve impulses that are a major factor in producing excessive sweat.
Treatment is safe and straightforward and is effective for at least 3 months.
